Former Washington state poet laureate Elizabeth Austen is the author of two chapbooks and a full-length collection, Every Dress a Decision, now in its fourth printing. Since the early 2000s she’s provided on-air poetry commentary for NPR-affiliate KUOW; she also leads poetry and reflective writing workshops for healthcare providers. Elizabeth is working on a new manuscript, currently titled Peace Talks on the Domestic Borders.
