Over on Medium, Mike Meginnis explains the problem with Narrative Magazine, beginning with their exorbitant $23 submission fee, continuing with the astonishing amount that their founders are paid, and culminating with a how-to-write book Narrative is selling on their site that will apparently cost $225.
